2. Payment Policy
MediTouriX does not collect payments for medical treatment, hospital services, flights, hotels, airport transfers, or medical visa fees.
All payments are made directly by the patient to the respective hospital, healthcare provider, airline, hotel, government authority, or other service provider.
As we do not receive or process these payments, we are unable to issue refunds for them.
3. Hospital & Medical Treatment Payments
Hospital consultation fees, treatment costs, surgery charges, diagnostic tests, medicines, and other medical expenses are paid directly to the treating hospital or healthcare provider.
Any cancellation or refund related to medical treatment is governed solely by the hospital's refund and cancellation policy.
4. Travel & Accommodation Payments
Payments for:
- Flight tickets
- Hotel bookings
- Airport transfers
- Local transportation
Are made directly to the respective travel or accommodation provider.
Refunds and cancellations for these services are subject to the policies of the respective airline, hotel, or travel provider.
5. Medical Visa Fees
Medical visa application fees, embassy charges, and government processing fees are paid directly to the respective government authorities or authorized visa service providers.
MediTouriX has no control over these payments and cannot process refunds for visa-related fees.
6. Cancellation of Services
If you decide to cancel your medical journey or any scheduled arrangements, we recommend informing us as early as possible so we can notify the relevant hospitals or service providers.
Please note that cancellation charges, if applicable, will depend on the policies of the respective hospital, airline, hotel, or other third-party provider.
7. MediTouriX Service Charges
At present, MediTouriX does not charge patients any service fee for hospital recommendations, treatment coordination, or patient support services.
If any optional paid services are introduced in the future, their pricing and refund terms will be clearly communicated before payment is requested.
8. Limitation of Responsibility
MediTouriX acts solely as a medical tourism company and does not control the refund, cancellation, pricing, or payment policies of hospitals, airlines, hotels, visa authorities, or other third-party providers.
We will, however, assist patients in communicating with the relevant service providers whenever reasonably possible.
